Troubleshooting Troubleshoot the second transfer measurement strain gauget. Zero reading in 2nd Transfer Wizard In case of "0" reading at the 2nd transfer wizard, check the following ● Wiring between: J54 at the EC to the connectors/pins at the drivers ● Wiring between: SGA board all the way to the drivers. ● 5V supplied to the SGA board from U3. ● Replace SGA board. ● Check parameter 7.02 for reading Torque bushing Loss of 2nd transfer can happen if the torque bushings open. Troubleshoot the second transfer measurement strain gauget.
Zero reading in 2nd Transfer Wizard
In case of “0” reading at the 2nd transfer wizard, check the following
●
Wiring between: J54 at the EC to the connectors/pins at the drivers
●
Wiring between: SGA board all the way to the drivers.
●
5V supplied to the SGA board from U3.
●
Replace SGA board.
●
Check parameter 7.02 for reading
Torque bushing
Loss of 2nd transfer can happen if the torque bushings open. The torque should be 25 nm
