Workaround Download and install the 01.28.03.65 or later driver from http://www.hp.com. Smart Array Blue screen displays when Smart Array cards are hot removed Issue A blue screen is displayed when Smart Array P800/E500 and P400 cards are hot removed with no storage attached. Servers All supported Integrity servers Workaround HP does not recommend any hot replace or hot add functions for these cards. System Management Homepage (SMH) Duplicate port numbers in embedded NIC location strings Issue The port numbers in the embedded NIC location strings might be duplicated on SMH and NCU. For example, you might see two ports #1 and two ports #2 in the same slot 0, instead of port 1, port 2, port 3, port 4. Servers BL8x0 i2 Server Blade Workaround Although there appear to be duplicate NIC entries, each entry corresponds to a physical embedded NIC port. The physical blade number and slot number in these strings are correct. Video HP SUM screen cannot be resized Issue When installing the Integrity Service Pack (ISP), the HP SUM screen cannot be resized. Servers rx2660 Workaround Before running HP SUM, install the HP Integrity Video driver smart component (cp011254.exe) before installing the Integrity Support Pack. WBEM Providers HP SMH shows DIMMs size 0 and degraded status Issue When a blade is moved to another bay without reinstalling the Operating System, HP System Management Homepage shows incorrect memory information from the HP Insight WBEM Provider. For example, the SMH Memory shows DIMMs as being located in the previously occupied blade bay before the relocation. It also shows all DIMMs with size 0 and an incorrect degraded (yellow exclamation mark) icon. Servers HP Integrity BL860c i2, BL870c i2, BL890c i2 Server Blade Workaround To verify the correct memory size of the system, open the Windows System Information window by executing msinfo32.exe at the command prompt. To workaround the problem, after relocating blades to another bay, do either of the following: • Download and install the cp013331.exe patch from hp.com. • Execute the following command at the Windows command prompt and restart the HP WMI Health Mapper service: reg delete "HKLM\System\Hewlett-Packard\Management Software\SDR" 24 Release 7.0 Overview
