Macintosh On the Connection Type screen, click Add. The Select Printer screen appears, showing device information. To open the HP Printer Utility directly, select the device and click Launch Utility. To open the HP Printer Utility, select the device and click Launch Utility. If the HP Printer Utility software detects a condition that might need attention, the Printer Status screen appears.
