8 System errors Introduction The system may occasionally display a system error, consisting of a numerical code of 12 digits followed by the recommended action that you should take. In most cases you will be asked to restart the equipment. When the printer starts, it can diagnose the issue better and may be able to fix it automatically. If the problem persists after restarting, contact your support representative and be ready to give the numerical code from the error message. Instructions for some specific messages are given below. In other cases, follow the instructions in the message. In every error code, the printheads are numbered as shown below: 1. Rear printhead 2. Middle printhead 3. Front printhead 4. Rear printhead 5. Middle printhead 6. Front printhead 0030-0003-0084 SVS - Printhead cleaning roll slippage PH cleaning roll slippage. 0030-0003-0084 1. Check that the printhead (PH) cleaning roll is well placed, and the pinch is correctly locked. Perform a PH cleaning roll replacement. 2.
