Remove the battery (see Battery on page 40). Remove the TouchPad button board: 1. Disconnect the cable from the ZIF connector on the TouchPad button board (1). 2. Lift the cable to remove it from the adhesive that secures it to the board (2). 3. Remove the two Phillips M2.0 × 2.0 screws (3) that secure the board to the computer. 4. Remove the TouchPad button board from the computer (4).
