Enter all the numbers you would enter if you were dialing the number from a phone. • To use an individual or group speed-dial code, press Speed Dial and enter the code. The Send Fax dialog box appears. 3 In the Send Fax dialog box, enter the fax number (or select one from the Phone Book or Speed Dials lists) and other recipient information.
