Hardware Rear Components Component 1 Wireless light (select models only)* 2 Exhaust vent† Description On: An internal wireless device, such as a wireless LAN device and/or a Bluetooth device, is turned on. ✎ To establish a wireless connection, a wireless network must already be set up. For more information, refer to Chapter 5, "Wireless (Select Models Only)." Provides airflow to cool internal components. Ä To prevent overheating, do not obstruct vents. Use the computer only on a hard, flat surface. Do not allow another hard surface, such as a printer, or a soft surface, such as pillows or thick rugs or clothing, to block the airflow. ✎ The computer fan starts up automatically to cool internal components and prevent overheating.
