The HP Connection Administrator Advanced Window 3. Log on as the user of your choice. Enabling Automatic Log On In the Security window, you can enable automatic log on and bypass a user's password requirement when logging on to the system. ✎ You can access the Security window by clicking the Security button in the Advanced window or by double-clicking the Security icon in the Microsoft Windows CE Control Panel. To enable automatic log on for a user: 1. On the HP Connection Administrator window, click the Advanced button. 2. On the Assign Connections tab of the Advanced window, click the Security button. 3. On the System tab of the Security window, select the Automatic Log On check box to bypass the need for the user to enter a password. This selection activates the Single Button Log On check box and the Account drop-down list. 4. If desired, select the optional Single Button Log On check box to enable the single button connect feature, which invokes a dialog box that requires the terminal operator to press a keyboard key or click the Logon button on the dialog box to log in. 5. In the Account field, select the account that the terminal operator will automatically log in with. 6. Enabling Automatic Log On
In the Security window, you can enable automatic log on and bypass
a user's password requirement when logging on to the system.
You can access the Security window by clicking the Security button
in the Advanced window or by double-clicking the Security icon in
the Microsoft Windows CE Control Panel.
To enable automatic log on for a user:
1. On the HP Connection Administrator window, click the
Advanced button.
