JMS Queues WebSphere Application Server Continuous Queue Cluster The following diagram shows one example of a cluster configuration on the IBM WebSphere Application Server. The diagram is an example of a continuous queue integration bus configuration in a cluster of three application servers. To gain the benefit of multi-server processing within a cluster, each member of the cluster needs to be configured with its own message engine. The processing occurs when the integration framework receives enterprise service messages by using the HTTP, EJB (Enterprise JavaBeans), and SOAP actions. The load balancer directs the enterprise service messages to an application server, which then places the message into the continuous queue. Each application server in the cluster places messages into its own message store. Enterprise service messages that are sent using the Data Import feature process messages into the application server queue store, which limits the processing to a single server. 190 Integration Guide
