%text% and $text In a syntax line, curly braces surround a set of options from which you must choose one and only one. In a syntax line, square brackets surround an optional parameter. In a syntax line, ellipses indicate a repetition of the previous parameter. For example, option[,...] means that you can enter multiple, comma-separated options. In a naming convention, angle brackets surround individual elements of a name to distinguish them from each other, as in tmp.log. In this document, backslashes (\) are used as the convention for directory paths. All IBM WebSphere Business Integration Server Expres product pathnames are relative to the directory where the WebSphere Business Integration Server Express product is installed on your system.
