framework, and will not be delivered twice. This feature is optional and configured through connector properties; it is used only with connectors that use JMS as their transport mechanism. - Duplicate event elimination The duplicate event elimination feature, valid for JMS-enabled connectors, uses unique event identifiers in the application-specific code of the connector to ensure that events will not be delivered in duplicate to the delivery queue. This feature is optional and configured through connector properties; it is used only with connectors that use JMS as their transport mechanism Toolset Express Tools provided with IBM WebSphere Business Integration Server Express, referred to collectively as Toolset Express, include System Manager and sets of tools for both development and administration. System Manager is the primary mechanism for accessing and manipulating the modular components-referred to as integration components-that are used to implement the exchange of business data in the IBM WebSphere Business Integration Server Express environment. System Manager executes within the context of an Eclipse workbench. The Eclipse platform is an open-source integrated development environment for the creation of tools. The Eclipse platform provides tools developers with a development kit and runtime that enables the developer to write plug-ins that allow the user to work with a particular type of resource. System Manager is described in detail in Chapter 4, "Using System Manager," on page 37 Development tools for specific components Toolset Express supplies several tools for developing specific types of integration components. These tools can be launched either from within System Manager, or from the Start>Programs>IBM WebSphere Business Integration Express>Toolset Express>Development menu. These tools include: v Process Designer, used for developing collaboration templates, and described in detail in the Collaboration Development Guide. (Process Designer is available only with the Express Plus version of the product. v Business Object Designer, used for creating new, or modifying existing business objects, described in detail in the Business Object Development Guide. v Map Designer, used creating or modifying maps, described in detail in the Map Development Guide. v Relationship Designer, used creating or modifying relationship definitions, described in detail in the Map Development Guide. v Connector Configurator, used for configuring connectors, described later in this guide. Administrative and monitoring tools Several tools are provided for monitoring and administering a system after it has been implemented. Some of these tools can also used during the implementation process. Instructions for accessing and using the administrative and monitoring tools are in the System Administration Guide. 20 IBM WebSphere Business Integration Server Express and Express Plus: System Implementation Guide
