INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Bottom venting TOP VIEW 8 Cu. Ft. Electric and Gas Dryers SIDE VIEW 4 3/4 in. (12.1 cm) 12 in. (30.5 cm) 1 1/2 in. (3.8 cm) 3 3/4 in. (9.3 cm) 1 Remove the two rear exhaust retaining screws, then pull out the exhaust duct. Retaining screw Rear exhaust duct 2 Press the tabs on the knockout, then carefully remove the knockout for the desired vent opening. 3 Push the adapter duct onto the blower housing of your dryer. Adapter duct Blower housing Knockout DRYER SIDE/BACK VIEW 4 Connect a 4 in. (10.2 cm) elbow to the 4 in. (10.2cm) duct section, and secure all joints with duct tape. Bottom venting

Remove the two rear exhaust retaining screws, then pull out the exhaust duct.

Press the tabs on the knockout, then carefully remove the knockout for the
desired vent opening.

Push the adapter duct onto the blower housing of your dryer.

Connect a 4 in. (10.2 cm) elbow to the 4 in. (10.2cm) duct section, and secure
all joints with duct tape. Make sure that the male end of the elbow faces down
through the hole in the bottom from your dryer.
