Intel Desktop Board DG41RQ Product Guide WAKE# Signal Wake-up Support When the WAKE# signal on the PCI Express bus is asserted, the computer wakes from an ACPI S1, S3, S4, or S5 (LAN only) state. Wake From PS/2 Devices PS/2 device activity wakes the computer from an ACPI S1, S3, S4, and S5 state. NOTE In order for PS/2 devices to wake the computer from S4 and S5 states via the special keyboard key (the keyboard power-on key), the keyboard power-on enable/disable BIOS setup option must be enabled. This functionality is disabled by default. ENERGY STAR* Capable In 2007, the US Department of Energy and the US Environmental Protection Agency revised the ENERGY STAR requirements. Intel worked directly with these two governmental agencies to define the new requirements. This Desktop Board meets the ENERGY STAR Category B requirements. The speaker provides audible error code (beep code) information during the Power-On Self-Test (POST).
