Appendix B - Using the Computer Keypad Changing the SIP Key Color Note: This feature is not supported by the CV41 (running WES) and CV61. Up to ten SIP keys can be changed to red, green, or blue. You can also change them back to the default gray. To change the color of a SIP key 1 Press and hold the left Shift key. The key color reverses. When the key color reverts to normal, release the key. 2 Press and hold the right Shift key. The key color reverses. When the key color reverts to normal, release the key. 3 Tap the key you want to change. The Select Key Color screen appears. 4 Tap the desired color. The SIP key changes to the selected color. Changing the SIP Key Color
Up to ten SIP keys can be changed to red, green, or blue. You can also change them
back to the default gray.
To change the color of a SIP key
1
Press and hold the left
Shift
key. The key color reverses. When the key color
reverts to normal, release the key.

key. The key color reverses. When the key color
reverts to normal, release the key.

Tap the key you want to change. The Select Key Color screen appears.

Tap the desired color. The SIP key changes to the selected color.

You can create a custom SIP with the Intermec SIP Designer application. See its
online help for instructions on installing the custom SIP to your computer. Contact
your Intermec representative for more information.
