Before calling Iomega Customer Support, turn on your computer, call from a phone near your computer, and have the following information available: 1. Previous customer number, if applicable. 2. Serial number of your drive. 3. Make and model of drive. 4. Make and model of computer. 5. Operating system used (for example, Windows® 98 or Mac® OS 8.6). 6.
