Each Timer can be set in hours or minutes up to 99 hours and 59 minutes, and counts down the set time,, The Timer does not start or stop the oven,, To Set: 1_, Press TIMER ! or TIMER 2,, "00:00" and "TIMER 1" or "TIMER 2" will flash in the display, 2., Press the number pads to select the desired time. "LOCK" remains lit in the display. To Unlock Control Panel and Both Oven Doors: !. Press and hold upper oven STOP and COOK & HOLD for 3 seconds., "OFF" disappears from the display and "LOCK" flashes while the controls and oven doors are unlocking., 12-Flour SIsL o The oven control is set to automatically shut off the oven 12 hours after the oven turns on.
