Dashboard of your car Basic procedure 1 Remove the key from the ignition switch, then disconnect the terminal of the car battery. 2 Install the DAB antenna. See "Installing the DAB antenna" on page 34. 3 Connect the wires properly. See "Wiring connection" on page 33. 4 Install the unit to your car. See the following "Installing the unit (in-dash mounting)". 5 Connect the terminal of the car battery. 6 Press BSRC to turn on the power. 7 Detach the faceplate and reset the unit within 5 seconds. (Page 3) Bend the appropriate tabs to hold the sleeve firmly in place. Removing the unit 1 Detach the faceplate. 2 Remove the trim plate. 3 Insert the extraction keys deeply into the slots on each side, then follow the arrows as shown on the illustration. 32 ENGLISH

Basic procedure
1
Remove the key from the ignition switch, then disconnect the
terminal of
the car battery.

Install the DAB antenna.
See “Installing the DAB antenna” on page 34.

Connect the wires properly.
See “Wiring connection” on page 33.

Install the unit to your car.
See the following “Installing the unit (in-dash mounting)”.

Connect the
terminal of the car battery.

Press
B
SRC to turn on the power.

Detach the faceplate and reset the unit within 5 seconds. (Page 3)
Removing the unit

Detach the faceplate.

Remove the trim plate.
3
Insert the extraction keys deeply into the slots on
each side, then follow the arrows as shown on
the illustration.
Do the required wiring.

Bend the appropriate tabs to hold the
sleeve firmly in place.
Hook on the top side
Orientate the trim
plate as illustrated
before fitting.
