13 12 11 11 Operator Control Panel - displays the following: • A number in the range of 1 - 9: the number corresponds to a predefined function. • Page counter: a three-digit display in the upper right corner, of the number of pages scanned in the current batch. • Messages: U or E is displayed if an error is encountered. See "6 Troubleshooting" on page 41 for more information. In addition, one of these icons may be displayed: Indicates that documents are in the input tray and the scanner will scan from the input tray. For the Kodak i3250/i3450 Scanners only. Indicates that no documents are in the input tray and the scanner will scan from the flatbed, if the option to scan from the flatbed is configured in your scanning application. If your scanner is connected to an optional Kodak A3 or Legal Flatbed Accessory, and there are documents in the input tray, the scanner will scan from the input tray. If no documents are in the input tray, the flatbed icon is highlighted. The document will be scanned from the flatbed if this option is configured in your scanning application. 12 Scanner cover release latch - pull the release latch to open the scanner cover. 13 Output tray - collects the scanned documents.
