Useful transmission functions 6 6.16 Sending an original in Public/Personal/Group box by fax An original saved in Public/Personal/Group box can be sent by fax. Bind and send multiple originals saved in the box when they are to be sent by fax as a single job. ! Detail When an Personal box is logged in with user authentication, Group box can be used by logging in with account authentication. For details on the box function, refer to the User's Guide [Box Operations]. Sending an original in Public/Personal/Group box by fax 1 Press [User Box] key. 2 Touch [Use Document]. 3 Select [Public], [Personal], [Group] tab, then select the box with the job with the original that is to be used and then touch [OK]. - When a password is set to browse the box, enter the password and then touch [OK]. - Box can also be selected by touching [Enter User Box No.], entering the box number with the keypad and then touching [Apply]. - When [Personal] tab is logged in with user authentication, [Group] tab is displayed when the same is logged in with account authentication.
