To send a fax 2 2.14 Checking transmission results It is possible to check transmission results with the job list. The following items can be checked on the Job History list screen. Job History list (Send) The history of fax-transmitted and scan-transmitted jobs is displayed. 2 Note The jobs that have been forwarded or relayed after having been received by fax are also listed in the Job History list of [Send]. Items Address Type Address Time Stored Org. Result Description Address types (Fax, E-Mail Addr., FTP file, SMB file, TWAIN, Other) are displayed. The fax number, E-mail address, box number etc. of the recipient is displayed. The time specified for transmission is displayed. The time is displayed as hours and minutes for the current day, and it is displayed as the month and day for other days. The number of pages sent is displayed. The transmission result (Job Complete, Deleted by User, Deleted Due To Error etc.) is displayed. Job History list (Receive) The history of jobs that have been forwarded or relayed after having been received by fax is displayed. 2 Note The jobs that have been printed after having been received by fax are listed in the Job History list of [Print] instead of [Receive]. The faxes received as Memory RX or Confidential RX are listed in the Job History list of [Save]. ! Detail To forward the documents received by fax, advance setting is required. For details, refer to "Forwarding the received original (Forward TX Setting)" on page 10-55 and "Specifying Relay box settings" on page 9-29. Items User Name Document Name Time Stored Org. Result Description The user name is displayed during user authentication and the account name is displayed during account management. In other cases, registration sources such as COPY, PRINT, and FAX-RX etc. are displayed. The received and saved original name is displayed. The time when the original was received is displayed. The time is displayed as hours and minutes for the current day, and it is displayed as the month and day for other days. The number of pages received is displayed. The reception result (Job Complete, Deleted by User, Deleted Due to Error etc.) is displayed. To check the transmission result ! Detail Touch [Comm. List] to check the communication result in the form of Scan TX List, Fax TX List, and Fax RX List. Touch the button for the desired report below "Report Types", select "Output Limit", and then press the [Start] key to print the selected report. C650 2-39

Checking transmission results

It is possible to check transmission results with the job list.

The following items can be checked on the Job History list screen.

Job History list (Send)

The history of fax-transmitted and scan-transmitted jobs is displayed.

Note

The jobs that have been forwarded or relayed after having been received by fax are also listed in the
