Index: Registered search word. Name: Registered destination name. Dial Number: Registered fax number. Line Settings: * is set when telephone line settings are specified. Machine Type of Destination: Registered model of the recipient (Monochrome/Color machine). Port Number: Registered port number. Access Allowed Level: Registered levels that can be referred. Printing the Speed Dial List 1 Press [Utility/Counter] key. 2 Touch [Administrator Settings]. 3 Enter the administrator password and then touch [OK]. - Administrator password can be changed in the [Security Settings]. Administrator should responsibly maintain the password. 4 Touch [One-Touch/User Box Registration]. 5 Touch [One-Touch/User Box Registration List]. - In the Utility mode, the number displayed on button can be entered and selected with the keypad.
