Reports and Lists 11 11.2 Activity Report Conventions of Activity Report Transmission and reception records are described in Activity Report. Maximum 700 communications including transmission and reception are recorded on different pages for transmission and reception respectively. The Activity Report is printed automatically and only transmission records (TX Report), only reception records (RX Report) and transmission and reception records (Activity Report) can also be printed if required. No.: Serial numbers are given respectively for sending and receiving. Destination: Described as follows. Blank when there is no information. - TX Report: Name registered with the destination in the Address Book or in the program - RX Report: Name registered with the destination in the Address Book - Recipient's telephone number Start Time: Describes the start time of the communication. Time: Describes the time required for communication. Prints: Describes the number of sheets sent.
