Do not wash the following items in the dishwasher. • Copper or anodized aluminum • Hand painted silver or gold leaf china • Wood or bone handled utensils • Iron or non-rustproof utensils • Plastic items which are not dishwasher safe • Sterling silver or gold-plated flatware or delicate or metal-rimmed china • Fragile items such as crystal glasses CAUTION • Do not place pots or pans with plastic handles in the appliance as the handles may deteriorate due to the heat and detergent. • Waterproof or long-lasting lipstick smudges on glasses may not be removed during the wash. The separators will prevent nesting of silverware. • Load sharp items, such as knives, pointing down. • When unloading the dishwasher, it is best to start with the silverware basket. Doing so will prevent water droplets from falling on your silverware from the upper rack. WARNING • Be careful when loading and unloading sharp items.
