Note: If your storage array has two rear I/O modules installed, the two modules must have the same firmware version. Using the ThinkServer Storage Array Utility program The ThinkServer Storage Array Utility program enables you to maintain your storage array firmware up-to-date and helps you avoid unnecessary outages. To update your storage array firmware using ThinkServer Storage Array Utility, do the following: 1. Go to http://www.lenovo.com/drivers and follow the instructions on the Web page to locate ThinkServer Storage Array Utility. 2. Download the EXE file for ThinkServer Storage Array Utility and the TXT file that contains the installation instructions. 3. Follow the instructions on the TXT file to install ThinkServer Storage Array Utility on the server that your storage arrays are connected to. Then, use ThinkServer Storage Array Utility to update the firmware of your storage arrays.
