5024-001 White Print Service Check Blank page (no print) is output or missing a specific color. FRU 1 Optical Unit (Printhead) 2 Transfer Clutch (TRCM) 3 OPC Belt Cartridge 4 High Voltage Unit Action Laser light path is blocked by paper or other material stuck at the opening of the optical unit. Ensure there are no foreign particles stuck at the opening of the optical unit. Transfer clutch is broken (not functioning). Replace the transfer clutch. No OPC belt bias voltage (CBV). Replace the OPC belt cartridge. No output from the high voltage unit (HVU). Replace the high voltage unit (HVU). 2-104 Service Manual
