5024-001 Error Code Action 962 Memory RAM Error Indicates that the DRAM installed in slot 2 on the controller board is defective. Replace the DRAM SIMM. If this does not fix the problem, replace the RIP controller board assembly. 963 Memory RAM Error Indicates that the DRAM installed in slot 3 on the controller board is defective. Replace the DRAM SIMM. If this does not fix the problem, replace the RIP controller board assembly. 964 Download Emulation CRC Error Indicates that the download emulation CRC has failed. A checksum failure was detected in the emulation header or emulation file. Replace the code overlay SIMM. 965 Download Emulation Outdated Error Indicates that the download emulation is outdated.
