Software and network tasks Entering a personal identification number (PIN) When you select Confidential Job from the Job Menu, the following prompt appears on the display after you select your user name: Enter PIN: =____ 1 Use the buttons on the operator panel to enter the four-digit PIN associated with your confidential job. The numbers next to the button names identify which button to press for each digit (1-6). As you enter the PIN, asterisks appear on the display to ensure confidentiality. Enter PIN =**** 1 2 3 4 5 6 If you enter an invalid PIN, the message No Jobs Found. Retry? appears. 2 Press Go to reenter the PIN, or press Stop to exit the Confidential Job menu. 3 Press Select to print your confidential jobs. Your jobs print and are deleted from printer memory. Entering a personal identification number (PIN)
When you select Confidential Job from the Job Menu, the following prompt appears on the display
after you select your user name:
Enter PIN:
=____

Use the buttons on the operator panel to enter the four-digit PIN associated with your
confidential job.
The numbers next to the button names identify which button to press for each digit (1–6). As
you enter the PIN, asterisks appear on the display to ensure confidentiality.
If you enter an invalid PIN, the message
No Jobs Found. Retry?
appears.

Go
to reenter the PIN, or press
Stop
to exit the Confidential Job menu.

Press
Select
to print your confidential jobs.
Your jobs print and are deleted from printer memory.
