Print media 200 / 201 Paper Jam, Remove Cartridge Since the jam may occur farther back in the printer behind the print cartridge area, you may need to reach in farther to remove the jam. 1 Open the upper front door. 2 Remove the print cartridge. (See Removing the used print cartridge for instructions.) reach in farther to remove the jam.
