ENGLISH 1. If you want to add a new category, click on the "Add New Category..." tab at the bottom of the list (Figure 32). 2. Name the new category and click on "Next>." Figure 32. 3. Enter the file extension and file description in the dialogue box that appears (Figure 34). Then click on "OK". The New Category that you have entered should now appear. Click "Save". Figure 34. 5. Put a check mark in the boxes of personal document folders you want to back up (Figure 35). Clicking on the folders on the left displays on the right the folders and files contained within them. 1. If you want to add a new category, click on the “Add New Category…” tab at the bottom of the list

2. Name the new category and click on “Next>.”
3. A dialogue box requesting the formats in the New Category appears.
Click the “Add New Format” button
(Figure 33).
4. Enter the file extension and file description in the dialogue box that appears (Figure 34). Then click on
“OK”.
The New Category that you have entered should now appear.
Click “Save”.
5. Put a check mark in the boxes of personal document folders you want to back up (Figure 35).
Clicking on
the folders on the left displays on the right the folders and files contained within them.
Check all that you
want to back up.
6. Click “Next >” to begin the searching process.
Once the search process has been completed, click on the
“Back up” button to begin the backup process.

a. Click on the “Advanced Backup”
b. The Select Files window appears (Figure 36). A standard tree structure lets you browse and select the folders
you want backup.
