I've used my Ultra TravelDrive for a long time, but it's not working as fast as before. Why is it slowing down? The Ultra TravelDrive, like any hard drive, can have its files fragmented over time as files have been added and deleted a great many times. You should check to see if your Ultra TravelDrive needs to be defragmented if it begins to operate slowly. The same software you use to degragment your regular hard drives can be used to defragment the Ultra TravelDrive. 11. The purchaser's exclusive remedy is limited to replacement of any defective product.
