Managing Memory, Deleting Custom Ring Tones

You can also go to nextel.com/downloads for a wide selection of available ring tones and downloading instructions. Note: Ring tones may be downloaded only once. If you delete a ring tone from your phone, you must purchase it again to download it again. Managing Memory To view the amount of memory available for custom ring tones: 1 From the main menu, select Ring Tones. 2 Make sure Vibrate All is set to Off. 3 Highlight any ring tone. 4 Press m. 5 Select Memory Usage. Deleting custom ring tones frees memory. Note: Ring tones are stored in your phone using the same memory space used to store messages, voice records, Java applications, and wallpaper images. Deleting some of these other items frees memory for ring tones. Managing Memory Deleting Custom Ring Tones To delete a custom ring tone: 1 From the main menu, select Ring Tones. 2 Make sure Vibrate All is set to Off. 3 Scroll to the ring tone you want to delete. 4 Press m. 5 Select Delete. 6 Press A under Yes to confirm. 59
