• To end the call on hold, press the Options key > End Call On Hold. To turn the call waiting feature on or off: Find it: Press the Main Menu key > w Settings > Call Settings > In-Call Setup > Call Waiting caller ID Calling line identification (caller ID) shows the phone number for an incoming call in your displays. Your phone shows the caller's name and picture when they're stored in your contacts list, or Incoming Call when caller ID information isn't available. To show or hide your phone number for the next outgoing call, enter digits in the display, then press the Options key > Hide ID or Show ID. To show or hide your phone number for all calls, press the Main Menu key > w Settings > Call Settings > In-Call Setup > My Caller ID > All Calls. Tip: You can identify callers without even looking. To give one of your contacts a special ring, see page 69. emergency calls Your service provider programs one or more emergency phone numbers, such as 999 or 112, that you can call under any circumstances, even when your phone is locked or the SIM card is not inserted. Note: Emergency numbers vary by country. Your phone's preprogrammed emergency number(s) may not work in all locations, and sometimes an emergency call cannot be placed due to network, environmental, or interference issues. calls 63
