You can store events over a thirteen month period - twelve months after and one month before the current date. A Datebook event contains: ⅷ A subject - A name or number you assign to the event. ⅷ A location - The location of the event. This can also be a phone number, Direct Connect number, or Talkgroup. ⅷ A start time - The start time for the event. Default is the beginning of the day. ⅷ A duration - The length of time the event lasts. ⅷ A date - The date for the event. Default is the day highlighted when the event is created. ⅷ A repeat - For recurring events. ⅷ A reminder - A scheduled alert for events that include a start time. ⅷ A ring tone for the reminder. ⅷ A profile that your phone uses during the event. ⅷ A Java application that starts when the event starts.
