Restarting the Web Browser If the Web browser seems to be malfunctioning or stops responding, you can usually fix the problem by simply restarting the browser. 1. Press and hold / to open the browser menu. 2. Select More... > Restart Browser. Downloading Content Your phone arrives with Java applications and games loaded and ready to install. You can download and install more Java applications. For more information on Java Security, see "Setting Privacy for Each Java Application" on page 89. Check the Games, Ringers, & More menu option for a catalog of items available for purchase and download. You can also go to www.nextel.com and sign on to your account for a wide selection of available Java applications and downloading instructions. Note Using Java applications may cause your phone's battery power to deplete more quickly. Using Your Phone as a Modem You can use your phone's data connection as a modem for a laptop, handheld device, or desktop computer. To connect your phone for use as a modem: 1.
