Reference Manual for the ProSafe VPN Firewall 200 FVX538 • Ending IP Address - This box specifies the last of the contiguous addresses in the IP address pool. 192.168.10.254 is the default ending address. • WINS Server - This box specifies the Windows Internet Naming Service Server IP. • Lease Time - This box specifies the Lease time to be given to the DHCP Clients. 4. Click Apply. The DMZ LED next to LAN port 8 (see "The Router's Front Panel" on page 2-6) should light up. Step 2: Define the DMZ port rules Both inbound and outbound traffic is blocked by default. All traffic services must be enabled. From the Main Menu of the browser interface, under Security, click on Rules and then select WAN-DMZ from the pulldown to view the DMZ Rules menu, shown below. Follow the procedure described in "Using Rules to Block or Allow Specific Kinds of Traffic" on page 6-1 for the standard LAN firewall because it's the same as the procedure for the DMZ port firewall.
