Setting Shooting Menus-continued Shooting Mode Check point To perform Auto Bracketing or White Balance Bracketing in Continuous or VGA Sequence mode (p. 99), hold down the Shutter release button fully. NOISE REDUCTION When the camera is set for long time exposures, noise in the form randomly spaced bright-colored pixels will appear. The longer the exposure, the more this effect is apparent. The Noise Reduction setting can be used to minimize this effect. On The effect of noise on the recorded image is minimized. Off Noise reduction is canceled and normal exposure control is used.
