Troubleshooting Problem Pictures are too dark (underexposed) Pictures are too bright (overexposed) Unexpected results when flash set to A (auto with red-eye reduction) Playback Cause/Solution • Flash is off. • Flash window is blocked. • Subject is beyond flash range. • Adjust exposure compensation. • Subject is backlit. Select L ([Back light] scene mode) or use fill flash. Set flash to z (auto) or C (fill-flash) and try again.
