More on Shooting Changing A (Auto) Mode Settings (Shooting Menu) B Notes on Continuous Shooting • When Continuous, BSS, or Multi-shot 16 is selected, flash is disabled. Focus, exposure, and white balance are fixed at the values determined with the first picture in each series. • The frame rate with continuous shooting may vary depending upon the current image mode setting, the memory card used, or shooting condition. • There are functions with which this setting cannot be enabled. See "Camera Settings that Cannot Be Applied Simultaneously" (A 51) for more information. B Note on BSS BSS may not produce the desired results if the subject moves or the composition changes while the shutter-release button is held down. B Note on Multi-shot 16 Smear (A 158) visible in the monitor when shooting with Multi-shot 16 enabled will be recorded with images. Avoiding bright objects such as the sun, reflections of the sun, and electric lights when shooting with Multi-shot 16 enabled is recommended. 43
