Cause/Solution • Video mode or HDMI is not correctly set in the TV settings setup menu. • Both an HDMI cable and an audio/video cable, or both an HDMI cable and a USB cable are connected. • Memory card contains no images. Replace the memory card. Remove the memory card to play back images from the internal memory.
