General Camera Setup Functions That Can Be Set with the d Button (Setup Menu) Press the d button M z (setup) menu icon M k button General Camera Setup The settings of the menu options listed below can be configured. Welcome screen Time zone and date Monitor settings Print date Photo VR Motion detection AF assist Option Description A Welcome screen Allows you to select whether or not the welcome screen is displayed in the monitor when the camera E63 is turned on. Time zone and date Allows you to set the camera clock. E64 Monitor settings Allows you to adjust photo information display, post-shooting image review, and monitor brightness settings. E66 Print date Allows you to imprint the shooting date and time on images. E68 Photo VR Allows you to select the vibration reduction setting used when shooting still images. E69 Motion detection Allows you to set whether or not the camera automatically increases the shutter speed to reduce blurring caused by camera shake if motion is detected when shooting still images. E70 AF assist Digital zoom Allows you to enable or disable the AF-assist illuminator. Allows you to enable and disable digital zoom. E70 E71 Sound settings Allows you to adjust sound settings. E72 Auto off Allows you to set the amount of time that passes before the monitor turns off to save power. E72 83
