Problem Cause/Solution A No indicators displayed Hide info is selected for Photo info in in monitor. Monitor settings in the setup menu. 83, E66 Print date not available. Time zone and date has not been set in the 16, 83, setup menu. E64 Date not imprinted on images even when Print date is enabled. • The current shooting mode does not support Print date. • A function that restricts the print date is enabled. • The date cannot be imprinted on movies. E68 64 - Screen for setting time zone and date is displayed when camera is turned on. The clock battery is exhausted; all settings were restored to their default values. 16, 18 Camera settings reset. The camera may become hot when used for an extended period of time to record movies Camera becomes hot. or send images using an Eye-Fi card, or when - used in a hot environment; this is not a malfunction. Camera makes sound. Depending on the Autofocus mode setting or the shooting mode, the camera may 62, 80 produce an audible focusing sound.
