When using iFIT.com CD's and videocassettes, an electronic "chirping" sound will alert you when the grade and/or speed of the TREKKER is about to change. Always listen for the "chirp" and be prepared for grade and/or speed changes. In some instances, the grade and/or speed may change before the personal trainer describes the change. 24. When using iFIT.com CD's and videocassettes, you can manually override the grade and speed settings by pressing the grade and speed buttons. However, when the next "chirp" is heard, the grade and/or speed will change to the next settings of the CD or video program. 25.
