14. Attach the Press Seat Frame (7) to the Press Front Leg (20) with two 5/16Ó x 2 3/4Ó Bolts (89), two 5/16Ó Washers (36), and two 5/16Ó Nylon Locknuts (64). Do not tighten the Nylon Locknuts yet. Attach the Press Seat Frame (7) to the Press Upright (2) with two 5/16Ó x 3 3/4Ó Bolts (66), two 5/16Ó Washers (36), and two 5/16Ó Nylon Locknuts (64). Tighten all Nylon Locknuts used in steps 13 and 14. 14 89 36 20 64 7 64 64 2 36 66 15. Attach a Bumper (40) to the indicated hole in the Press Front Leg (20) with a #10 x 1Ó Screw (80). Press a 2Ó Square Inner Cap (28) into each end of the Leg Lever (41). Lubricate the 3/8Ó x 3 1/4Ó Bolt (62). Attach the Leg Lever (41) to the Press Front Leg (20) with the Bolt and a 3/8Ó Nylon Locknut (50). Do not overtighten the Nylon Locknut; it must be easy to pivot the Leg Lever. 15 28 50 41 Lubricate 62 20 80 40 28 Arm Assembly 16 Lubricate Axle 16. Press a 2Ó Square Inner Cap (28) into each end of the Right Butterfly Arm (10). Wet the lower end of the Right Butterfly Arm with soapy water. Slide a Butterfly 28 Foam Pad (29) onto the lower end of the Right Butterfly Arm. 10 31 Lubricate the indicated axle on the Butterfly Upright (1). Orient the Right Butterfly Arm (10) as shown and slide it onto the axle. Secure the Butterfly Arm with 38 1 two Retainer Rings (31) and a 1Ó Round Outer Cap (38) in the following way: Place the Retainer Rings on top of the inverted Round Outer Cap, making sure that the teeth on the Retainer Rings bend towards the Round Outer Cap as shown in the inset drawing.
