Replacing the toner cartridge WARNING > Never expose a toner cartridge to an open flame. It can cause an explosion and you can be burned. > Be sure to switch off and unplug the machine before accessing the interior of a machine for cleaning, maintenance or fault clearance. Access to a live machine's interior can cause electric shock. It is recommended that you clean the LED array at the same time as you change the toner cartridge. The toner used in this printer is a very fine dry powder contained in the toner cartridge. Have a sheet of paper handy so that you have somewhere to place the used cartridge while you install the new one. Dispose of the old cartridge responsibly, inside the pack that the new one came in. Follow any regulations, recommendations, etc., which may be in force concerning waste recycling. If you do spill any toner powder, lightly brush it off. If this is not enough, use a cool, damp cloth to remove any residue. Do not use hot water, and never use solvents of any kind. They will make toner stains permanent. WARNING! If you inhale any toner, go to fresh air and seek medical attention. If you get toner in your eyes, bathe your eyes liberally in cold water. Replacing the toner cartridge
It is recommended that you clean the LED array at the same time
as you change the toner cartridge.
The toner used in this printer is a very fine dry powder contained
in the toner cartridge.
Have a sheet of paper handy so that you have somewhere to
place the used cartridge while you install the new one.
