Secure Print Setup This option allows you to print confidential documents on printers that are shared with other users in a network situation. 1. Select the Secure option. 2. Enter a job name of up to 16 characters next to Job Name and a four digit personal ID number in the ID Number box. 3. Press Print to proceed with your print job. Secure Print Setup
This option allows you to print confidential documents on printers
that are shared with other users in a network situation.
1.
Select the
Secure
option.
2.
Enter a job name of up to 16 characters next to
Job Name
and
a four digit personal ID number in the
ID Number
box.
3.
Press
Print
to proceed with your print job. The document will be
stored on the printer’s hard disk.
4.
Walk up to the printer to print out the document using the front
panel (see below).
