Saving the shooting mode setting when the camera is turned off [SAVE SETTINGS] E SETUP SAVE SETTINGS Submenu 2 YES NO Application The shooting mode is saved when the camera is turned off and is reactivated the next time the camera is turned on. The shooting mode is set to the P mode when the camera is turned on. When set to [NO], all shooting settings set in other than P mode, [A] (IMAGE QUALITY) and s mode return to default settings when the camera is turned off. Selecting the menu screen color and background [MENU COLOR] E SETUP MENU COLOR Submenu 2 NORMAL/ COLOR 1/ COLOR 2/ COLOR 3 Application Selects the menu screen color or background image according to your preference. Setting the operation sound [BEEP] E SETUP BEEP Submenu 2 OFF/ON Application Turn off or on the operating sound/ warning sound of the camera buttons. To turn off all sounds at once, make the setting from [F SILENT MODE] (p. 33). Adjusting the brightness of the monitor [s] E SETUP s Submenu 2 BRIGHT/ NORMAL Application Selects the monitor brightness depending on the surrounding brightness. Setting the date and time [X] E SETUP X "Setting the date and time" (p. 13) To select the date and time display order 1 Press d after setting "Minute", and use ab to select the date display order.
