It will help you stay in touch with important e-mail and information, and to stay organized, on time, and up to date with daily tasks while you are away from your desk. Use your new handheld to do the following: s Receive, compose, and send business or personal e-mail wirelessly s Rely on the indicator light to alert you of incoming e-mail s Access internet information with the MyPalm® portal application s Browse or search the internet s Download and use web clipping applications that help you find information quickly s Enter your schedule in Date Book s Keep all your contact names, addresses, and phone numbers in Address Book s Prioritize and assign your tasks a due date in To Do List s Jot quick notes directly on the screen in Note Pad s Set alarms from Clock, Date Book, and Note Pad, to keep yourself on schedule and remind yourself of appointments and notes s Set preferences for how you receive alarms: hearing a sound, seeing a blinking indicator light, or feeling your handheld vibrate s Synchronize your data with Palm™ Desktop software on your Windows or Macintosh computer so you always have a copy s Insert MultiMediaCard or Secure Digital (SD) cards to add additional software or memory, or to back up your data s Beam information to another Palm OS® handheld that is close by and has an IR (infrared) port 9
