KX-MC6020HX 12.4.18. High Voltage Value Check point 1. Measurement of VCH/YMC, VCH/K, VB/Y, VB/M, VB/C, VB/K, VSR/Y, VSR/M, VSR/C, VSR/K, FTR 1. Remove the right cover and the rear cover from main unit. (Fig. 1-1) 2. Remove the ECU cover from main unit. (Fig. 1-2) 3. Remove all connectors from main unit, and remove the main unit with ECU base. Then also remove the fan. (Fig. 1-3). 4. Remove the harness from CN2 and CN3 of high voltage unit, and connect one side of the harness to the target pin with an alligator clip. (Fig.1-4) (Fig.1-5) (Fig.1-6) If there is no harness with an alligator clip, an equivalent is available. . 5. Install the main unit with ECU base, plug connectors (CN1,2,700,701,702,500,890), and then install the fan. (Fig. 1-7.) 6. Connect the other side of harness, which has been connected to the high voltage unit with an alligator clip, to the high voltage probe. (Fig. 1-7). Connect the grounding wire of high voltage probe to ECU base of main unit. (Fig. 1-8.) 7. Open the front cover and remove the drum cartridge and AU from the main unit. In that time be careful not to expose the PCU to light, and store it in a dark place. 8. Turn the power ON, and enter into the service mode (menu → #9000 ). 9. Select the target high voltage output (P-SF 628 01~11), and press the SET key to start the measurement. 10. After finishing the measurement, press STOP key to stop the output. 11. Turn OFF the power supply.
