Phonebook Phonebook You can add 100 names (16 characters max.) and phone numbers (24 digits max.) to the phonebook, and assign each phonebook entry to the desired group (page 23). Important: R All entries can be shared by the base unit and any registered handset. Adding phonebook entries Handset / Base unit 1 Proceed with the operation for your unit. Erasing the character or number Handset: Press MFN or MEN. a MCLEARN Base unit: Press M N or M N. a MCLEARN R Press and hold MCLEARN to erase all characters or numbers.
