Answering System Remote Operation from a Touch Tone Phone You can operate the answering system from any touch tone phone. You can operate the answering system from any touch tone phone. A synthesized
voice menu will guide you on how to operate the unit (p. 49).

Summary of remote operation
• The unit will announce the remaining recording time after playback, if it is less than
3 minutes.
Call your unit from a touch phone.
Enter your remote code (p. 48) during or after the greeting message.
• The number of new messages is heard.
